Existing Job Posting script (similar to freelancer.com) needs to be changed as follows:

Changes to be done:
Certified Members: There are 2 different member account types: Job posters and Providers. Both accounts are currently able to purchase a certification sign to a monthly fee. This needs to be changed: Provider accounts MUST be certified within 7 days of signup by uploading scans of the company registration forms or emailing or faxing the same. The certified member status must be free of charge both account types.
After reviewing the sent in documentation the account must be released as certified member via the admin area. Therefore the admin area also needs to be amended.
Job Poster certification: When a job poster chooses to get certified and chooses this within his account (needs to be added), a letter must be sent to his registered postal address. This letter should contain a confirmation code which the customer must type in after logging in in order to certify his address.

I will probably end this offer as soon as I have the right offer. I will not necessarily choose the cheapest offer but will consider the price as well. Don't forget: deadline 30th of December 2010, if possible even faster.
