Chat Site Profile Intergration

I am looking to create a website centered around a chatroom system connected to user profiles for a certain group of people. I would like someone who is an expert in AJAX/PHP/MySQL who can use an opensource chat client such as [login to view URL] . I would like someone to use the existing code but modify it. When users click in the chat room on another name they will be able to visit their profile. This project includes the building of a front end system for users to see profiles, backend system for users to create their profiles, and intergration of both into a free opensource ajax chatroom. The design is not so important, I have the design skills needed, I just need someone confident with their coding skills. I will take my time to select the right person for this job, I plan on expanding this site with other features in the future and if the work goes well on the first part their will be more work in the future.
