Clip Bucket videos not playing

Hello, I have installed Clip bucket on one of my VPS servers. I can upload a video but it will not play. You can see an example of the problem here. [login to view URL] I'm not sure if the video is not getting processed correctly or if it's as simple as a file with incorrect permissions. I need someone to fix the problem so that videos will upload and play correctly. Please let me know how long you estimate the fix will take. I would like to have this fixed soon so I can continue work on the site.
