Cold Fusion Dynamic list population using a Database

I'm trying to design a site for a car leasing company, what i need is a piece of code, in coldfusion that populates a drop down menu using my database. In total there will be three drop down selects, each ones content depending on the previous. I also need some way of working in a quote system into the design so any help with that would be appreciated but primarily it is my drop down selects i need. I have attached my code so far and a lay out of my database.I've got this code working to a point, but can't generate the third drop down box, plus, when the second selection is made, and the page reloads, the first box clears (not carrying the url across). I really need this asap, so someone please help!
