Complete our Custom Contact Form (Just needs to send)

We have a custom contact form that we've built but it currently does not send mail. The overall design is coded and can be viewed here: [login to view URL] We need someone to code the script to allow our form to send emails. Currently it sends but it sends users to a different page. We would like to submit the form with ajax and return a thank you message on the same page without any page reloading. The form is broken down into 4 sections of which 2 require a file upload function which we don't know how to get working and will need someone to program this feature. We would like to get this form working within the next few hours so please only bid if you can start work on this immediately.
