Hello , I need a CMS (platform) that will work for 3 website show need to be very flexible and easy (and low cost to add new functions). About this project i will say that is a directory website whit biding page .. SMS notification and SMS Acount validation . I will atache a brife to understand the project . You will need to Read that File and tell me what you have understand and what not understand . The Pay will be 20% on start 30% when we release the first version off the website and 50% after testing the website and fixing bugs and all problems . The website until 15.01.2012 need to have directory working ( Add New Company(whit the paying proces via PayPal if we can make it in my language or in one off Romania online pay API , Contact Company and form for Ask For Quotation ) The biding part we can make it after 15.01.2012 .....) This Will be Long Term Relation ship.
