Create Drag and Drop Survey Tool Builder.

I need help making a web based, "flow chart style", text builder. I will use this to build txt to read when i am talking on the phone. This will run on mysql/php server. The goal is to build a web based, drag and drop interface. The results will be saved in mysql. The attached image is what i currently have. It works but it doesn't allow for questions/options. It only shows blocks in order. What we want: ON THE LEFT SIDEBAR: Sidebar of "Blocks" (Question Block, Txt Block) ON THE RIGHT: A large center area where we can drag these blocks and build a flowchart. Example: BLOCK 1 (display normal txt block) = HELLO, My Name is Chris (Press Next) (arrow to block 2) BLOCK 2 (display normal txt block) = Thank you for Visiting ABC (Press Next, OR Back) (arrow to block 3) BLOCK 3 (ask Question block)= Do you want XYZ (Options) a) Yes (arrow to block 4 b) No (arrow to block 5) c) Maybe (arrow to block 6) BLOCK 4 (display normal txt block) = Great, lets how do you want to pay.(arrow to block 7) BLOCK 5 (display normal txt block) = Thats ok, Thank you. (arrow to block 7) BLOCK 6 (display normal txt block) = Maybe i can help you with your decision, This is great. (arrow to block 7) BLOCK 7 (display normal txt block) = Thank you for calling blah blah blah. I need to add a few hundred of these scripts to read, each are different with different options, so this needs to be flexible. I want to press Next, Next, Next and see the different Script Blocks. When a question comes up i want to see the question and depending on what i press i get different info to read. This is like a survey mixed with a flowchart.
