Custom Web Template/PHPWeather

Hello, ------------------------------------------------------------ First Part I need a custom template built for my website. 1.0 Template must reflect www.expedia.com. 1.1 The template color scheme must be designed to attract golfers, so I need it to be in greens, whites etc. 1.2 The template needs to be complete, so I need page template for content pages, search results, user profiles, payment gateway, email templates, popup page template etc. 1.3 The Template must be provided with javascript/dhtml nav bar like [login to view URL] 1.4 Also provide new site logo, banners etc. 1.5 Web 2.0 look preferred. Not essential. Although Im set on something like [login to view URL] Im open to creative suggestions if you have a different design in mind. The objective is to display 3 sections on the home page: 1. Golf Reservation GUI 2. Golf Content 3. Real Estate Content. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Second Part I would also like for a copy of phpweather to be customized for me nothing big: If you go to [login to view URL] you will see how this page is set up to display one weather setting from one airport. When I download and install a copy on my server it displays drop menus to select language, country/airport. I need a page like [login to view URL] I would like to see demos if you have any. Please provide suggestions, Ive seen many templates on the web but none like are like what Im after, please paint me a picture with your proposal. Heres a link to my test site.
