Customer Rating System for site listings

To create a ranking/rating system for a price comparison site utlilising existing php application and mysql database. Integrating the GUI into an existing admin panel where companies are listed and have their own admin pages. The ranking system developed is to have a backend integrated into the existing admin portal's edit organisation section, which accepts both manual entries and auotgenerated variables from the existing application which combined will form a rating out of 10 including 2 decimal places. There will be? 3 variables: 1. Exchange rate (automatically generated? by existing application) weighting 40% 3. Size of transaction (manual input) weighting 20% 4. Our own rating (manual input) weighting 40% ? The resulting rating out of 10 will need to feed into the front end of the site and list the companies in order based upon the rating and also display the rating in a new column which needs to be added. We also need to be able to apply different rankings to different countries organisations transfer money to (not from) e.g. One company may send money from the UK to the US and offere a great service but not soo good for sending to France.. ## Deliverables As I have my own dedicated server (WHM and CPanel) I can set up a live testing environment for use to develop the requirements
