Customize and optimize my Wordpress Website

I have created one watch movies online site [login to view URL] this is a new site and i am new to Wordpress. For this i am failed to optimize it . I am going to purchase a theme but i can not customize it. i want some people or some Company who can optimize, customize it for me Basic Requirement / Deliverables 1. Google knowledge of wordpress, MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery etc 2. Being able customize wordpress themes as per requirement 3. Good knowledge of Onpage SEO and able to do it on my website 4. Ability to install related post with thumbnail below each post 5. Addthis Share button above each post 6. JQuery Image slider on top 7. Check for security threats and ability to fix it 8.
