Customized Popup Share for facebook, twitter and Google +1.

Descripción del proyecto: We need a custom popup that needs to be installed in two different websites, each with a different language (we will handle the little translation needed). This popup is intended to incentivate users to share the site by following our twitter pages, facebook fan pages and on google +1. Both sites use a custom script from 9gag which works on PHP, javascript, and MYSQL. Script uses twitter and facebook aplication for signup and login, so the popup must not cause any problems within the current site design or functionality. That additional script has to be created appart from our site and server, and will be installed afterwards on our site by ourselves. We allready dispose of facebook and twitter api keys. All prior tests have to be done on the coder's server, and script has to be able to work on our sites and on any php envirorment. Features: 1 - The popup has to appear after 20 seconds of a visitor (not necessarely logged in) enters the site. 2 - Has to detect wether that visitor is logged into Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ (allways without the visitor having to know about it). On the case the visitor is not logged into any of those, the popup does not show up. (search for 'detect visitor social networks') 3 - The popup, besides the language difference, has to be customized for each different network (we do not want the three share buttons to appear on the same popup). When the popup detects which network the visitor is connected in, displays that network popup. In case of conflict between them (user logged into more than one of those 3 networks at the same time) the priority goes as follows: #1 Facebook, #2 Twitter and #3 Google+1. 4 - Once the popup knows which network is the visitor connected, and which one to display, it has to detect if that user has allready followed us on that specific network. In case that user allready did, it will display the next option. (for example, the visitor is logged into twitter and google+1 only. The popup will know it's not logged into facebook, so no option there, first choice between twitter and google+1 it's Twitter, so it would display the twitter share box. In case that user allready followed us on another ocasion, it won't display twitter, will display the next option which would be google+1.) On the case that there are no options left (the only networks the visitor is logged into have allready followed us), the popup will not display. 5 - On the case the visitor does not share the site and closes the sharebox, the process starts again when the visitor closes the site/browser and oppens it again (that same day, next day, whenever). 6 - On the case that the user has followed on one of the networks, instead of repeating the process every browser session, repeat every 5. Every 5 sessions the popup process activates. 7 - As mentioned previously, The same popup has to be installed in two different websites (both using the same script). One is in english, the other one in Spanish, so the text will have to be changed on one of them. We will handle the little translation needed. ------- We need the popup to look symilar to the one on the picture attatched (only with just one share button) in order to keep the site looking the same. We need to have this project finished ASAP. The whole popup system has to be provided to us witn instructions on where to instal and implement it into the site, with where to add to it all the two facebook fan pages, twitter site codes and google+1 code too. We will check that it's working and that it does not interfere or give any problem. We will have three days from the moment it's installed on our site for us to test it and make sure, with different accounts and networks, that it meets all the requirements and hasn't got any bug or gives any error message.
