Develop a simple dynamic PDF form in Live Cycle.

Hello, I have MS Word documents which I need to convert to a LiveCycle PDF forms. This is for a simple 3 Page form. Almost no design work involved, you just need to process the form in LC and insert fields. In some places I need dynamic elements (Subforms) which appear when new fields are needed to accommodate the data...fields appearing based on user response...etc. Its all properly marked on the MS Word Draft. So, at-least intermediate level knowledge developing dynamic forms in LiveCycle is a must. I have a total of 43 forms, and this is just a mock up for which I'll pay...to select the right person. My budget is small so lower bids will be preferred. Happy bidding
