Directory Development

I will need some help in developing my current website at [login to view URL] This is based on a popular php directory. I already added a lot of modifications to it but a new version came out from the original directory and I want to use the new version and add some of the old modifications as well as new mods to it. You will work on a test site and One of the MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS that you will need to WRITE DOWN any modifications in a detailed format and I should be able to do the changes on the live site MYSELF or/and we can do it together on a shared screen. There are several modifications required I will list some BUT not ALL (where I write"Code available" means I have it in the old version and you will need to modify code to work on the new version): 1-Adding an advanced review modification ( CODE AVAILABLE) 2-Only registered users can review a listing. (CODE AVAILABLE) 3-Improve user profile, add new fields, picture.. 4-Add invite friends (sends email to invite friends to website) 5-Separate rating and separate review rating.(easy, can explain for the right person) 6-Dependent drop down for Locations and Categories etc.. 7-Some site navigation improvement, finding listings... 8-Update listing modfication (CODE AVAILABLE) 9-Integrate Vbulleting (CODE AVAILABLE) 10-Listed company can claim ownership These are the major requirements but there may be minor ones added. I am looking more for a long term partnership not a one time project. The budget is around $500 payable on a performance basis but will only pay 100 per month max (so for the right person payment is 100/month) In nutshell I want to modify the directory to something similar to [login to view URL] (register here and check features before bidding) Will only respond to bidders providing demos and work they did.
