auto refresh and capture program.

We need a software auto-refreshes Windows browser and capture necessary data. Currently we must manually refresh the site and wait for appraisal orders to show in the queue. Once in queue the screen changes to an order screen with a command to accept or deny the order. There is high competition for the orders so quite often the order is cleared within the fraction of a second required to respond to the order. A software manages the task and assists us to secure orders from the vendor's website. The software would auto-refresh the page, read changes, follow commands and maintain a count. Working copy required prior to payment!! There are two websites and therefore 2 similar applications will be needed. This is an easy project and compensation will be $60 total.
