Breezing quickmodeform paypal buttom

I build a website with joomla CMS and everything is working fine, except for an application form that I created with breezing quickmodeform. I used a paypal button in the form so my client can collect application fee through paypal. After I setup the form and the paypal buttom, it doesn't work. When I press the paypal button, it doesn't go anyway. I need help fixing this issue.
