CMS Site and Order Tracking - Need Very Professional Design

I am putting together a CMS site for a customer of mine. I also want to make sure I am building a relationship for the future. No fly by night people, please. It's for a pharmaceutical company who has roughly 150 products posted on their current site. They are very picky about their designer work. PROFESSIONALS ONLY PLEASE. The products will need to be cut-pasted and cleaned up on to the new site. There is flexibility in layout. I also would like to make some slight page variations through the site keeping it consistent, but also making sure it does not get boring. They have a logo and a clean design with a color scheme. In addition, please price out a suggestion to have a user login so return customers can quickly add their products and place their order. At this time, it simply needs an order tracking form, not a credit card gateway or processing system. If PHP can be used, that would be great. Please keep in mind I still have to run final numbers by my customer. Once you and I decide on a price, I will need to work with him directly get it approved. He seems eager to get started so I am hoping he makes his decision quickly. I will need examples of your work. Thank you for taking time to respond and review my project.
