Customize Jamit

[login to view URL] This is a job portal I need to customize the Jamit theme in place few amendments concerning the layout and colors, and I want to throw in few icons. I had an agency who did an excellent work in coding the site, yet I need a few customization on the theme itself. Professionals only with Joomla/Jamit experience- Will not pay until work is complete as to my recommendations.
