customisation of template

i need to customised a template now here what we need is you see the top menu and under that you have the scrolling slides in the middle space i want 8 images 150px*150px than under those 8 boxes i want space where i can add content few lines now at the bottom of the page where you have facebook under those 3 icons i need some space for placing text few lines final point is you know the slideshow on every poster in the slideshow if we click on the slide it should give a lightbox popup
