Asterisk Macro / Script Required

Hi, I am in need of the following asterisk dial plan macro / script Scenario: I receive calls from one carrier and route it to X trunks. I have X trunks with Y minutes limit each - I would like asterisk to count the number of minutes sent towards each trunk and disable the trunk when the limit has been reached. The duration should be rounded up to a minute(e.g. if call duration was 10 secs , the calculated minutes for the limit will be 1 minute) The second requirement is to limit the number of simultaneous calls per trunk to Z. The third requirement is to do hunting for the outbound calls through the X trunks. The fourth requirement is to limit trunks to certain times only . Like trunk X1,2,3 will be from 0800 to 1600 , whereas trunk X5,X6,X7 will be from 1600-0800
