Hi, Experienced sysadmin here. I have good hands on troubleshooting. I would need access to your server and a day or two at max (hoping the issue repeats) to pinpoint the server. If you are not using any logging as of now I'd suggest you do that or I can do that for you. Also I'd need a list of websites that's running on your server and their content / hit size just to estimate if it's because of them over-consuming on the resources. If this was not logged and not repeated, then very little chances to find problem. If it was logged, then task will be solvable.
