Create website based on CMS system

This bid is to create a joomla based website with 7 main pages. You will for the most part get very specific designs that you need to implement in joomla. You will be given Freehand files for all main pages, as well as most images ready to insert. There will be some special pages as well ??" try and use standard joomla modules for most work. - Quiz : users will answer some 10 questions, submit the quiz. The answers should be sent as an email and stored in a table. - Listen to audio. Users need to fill in name, email and zip code and then they will be able to play an audiofile in a flash player. There should be an admin interface to upload new mp3 files and select which mp3 file is the active file (imagine a list of all the mp3’s uploaded and a checkbox to decide which is online). - Media room. It should be possible to upload video clips, audio clips and images from admin interface and view this in the mediaroom. They should be shown with an image, date and description. I would like a place to see the number of times each was played. - Link page ??" add links from admin page (use standard joomla functionality). o Newsletter ??" it should be possible to email a newsletter out to all subscribers. Users should be able to unsubscribe/subscribe themselves. It should be possible to select an uploaded mp3 (from above) file and attach to the newsletter as well based on the template (design will be provided). The newsletter text should be written from the admin interface. o It should be possible to manually add/remove subscribers. o Statistics should be available on number of signups and total subscriber viewed monthly. !!!See attached file for more details!!! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
