Dear Sir or Madam:
We have Small Business Server 2003 which obviously has Exchange 2003. We have a custom "post" form with custom fields which is the default form for some public folders within Exchange. What we want to do is be able to add/edit/delete records along with their custom fields within the public folders via the web. We also need to be able to edit the custom fields within the record. Obviously OWA does this to some extent, but it does not allow you to access custom fields.
We have spoken with a technician at Microsoft and he recommended using CDO within ASP to make this connection to the Exchange server. Here are some resource links he forwarded me:

If necessary, we can arrange to provide you terminal services access to our Small Business Server.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
We will not need the entire ASP page coded and it does not need to be specific to our custom form.
We would ask that you create a simple custom "post" form within a public folder with at least one custom field. If you can then provide us with whatever code is needed to read/write/edit/create new that one custom field from the web (via ASP, CDO, whatever).
After we are able to initiate the connection and read/write/edit/create new the custom field and new record, we can take it from there. We will be able to replicate this code for our custom form and all it's custom fields as well as code all the necessary ASP pages to cover all our fields.
## Platform
We have Small Business Server 2003 which is basically Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003, but with a limitation of 75 users. The code will therefore need to work with Exchange Server 2003 and just a generic internet browser.
