Complete website design with translation

The website will require at least the following: User login Credit card processing FAQs Translation: Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese Embed video Logo design (we already have a domain [login to view URL]) We are looking for complete website construction of a Defensive driving course. The website must allow the client to: • Select a language on the main page • Select a State • Setup user information • Pay for the service • Receive E-mail conformation of payment and user login info • Sign into website: there is a time constraint; the client must not be allowed to move forward until they have completed the current section. • Be tested on the current section(if they pass be allowed to move to the next section) • Tracked (if they sign-out they must be returned to exact page they left) • Be able to retrieve there password if lost Administration side must perform the following: • Notified each time a client has completed • Prepare there certificate for print • Prepare a label for print • Search the database and display information about the client • Must be able to update each page if needed(when laws change or get added) • Must be able to back up the database • A daily report via e-mail We believe a good candidate for the website could be DotNetNuke in vb.net to bring the cost down, but doesn’t have to be. We understand that the translation part of the web site is the most difficult and take the most amount of time; to start we would like to have the Spanish completed first.
