Develop some php files to use SOAP Magento core API

I want some php files to be created that will use Magento Core API and SOAP to get and send info. The first php file will get as a parameter the store_id and it will return in an array the customer list of the store. The [login to view URL] method will be used to do it. [login to view URL] The second php file will get as a parameter the customer_id and the store_id and it will return the address info of the customer, in an array. [login to view URL] The third php file, will check using a cron job in an external DB for the status of the pending orders that exist in the Magento DB. There after checking the status in the external DB of the pending orders, he will change the status in the Magento DB too, using the “create a new shipment”, “cancel order” and “invoice order” method of the magento core api. The lowest bid will win this project. Thank you
