Cloud based Electronic Kanban Inventory Management System

Project scope: We have a manufacturing operation composed of many workstations, inventory supermarkets, many movements within warehouses and outside suppliers in and out, before a final assembly could take place. In consequence: Inventory excesses, multiple material movements, lack of product traceability and shortage of parts due to lack of controls of where sub assemblies are prior to needed operation, before we are ready to ship to our final customer. Project required: We need a cloud based electronic system that could organize our manufacturing operation based on the following attributes: a) A system is capable to control "traceability" from Vendor to Final customer shipments b) System that can "visually" request material required via "electronic pull signal" from the preceding workstation c) a system which would be easy to use using scanner or simple step input via pc or tablet e) A system that could send a electronic requests to our outside "outsource providers" to either "Pick" or "Deliver" sub assemblies based on pre-determined min- max . f) a system that could keep track of : history/ balances/ charges/ deliveries/ cumulative deliveries by part number / cumulative receipts by part number/ actual balances at each workstation, at each building, at each "outsource providers'/ In-transit from/to outsource suppliers/ g) A system that could keep track production rate per hour/ shift/ day/week/month/quarter/ based on specific workstation scans including scrap, loss time, actual produced parts. and compare to a predetermined rate per hour and if production its within acceptable range, list it as "green" "yellow" or "red" on a general board which will keep track off all the composite of all operations within the company. h) a System that could send a SMS and/or a e-mail in case of line its " down". "Below target", "without raw materials", with" high scrap rates than pre-defined" or down "for service" i) a system that could track "shipment" logs: by driver/part number/trucked used/ shift/ by hour/shipments down for lack of truck to pickup parts when needed/ j) a mobile site in which upper management could review manufacturing site status by each of workstations/ suppliers/ inventory levels/ machines down/ k) customized reports as needed ( I will define reports needed before closing deal) l) inventory management system by bin location in which we can upload every day inventory cycle counts using excel worksheet. I will be updating project in "project clarification section" as needed. Out timeline should be less that 2 months for total completion. Our max budget for this project its $2,000 usd. I prefer providers with scripts already developed for similar projects to reduce time of it, but if a suitable provider its found based on past projects or portfolio we will select him.
