Advertising section needs to be completed on a site

Hi I have a site which is 90% complete. I need a few things to be done. 1. A few form to be edited. 2. Paypal pay-per click for advertisments on the site. 3. A little bit of code editing 4. Admin password change. Budget - $30 PS: This is urgent. Needs to be completed in 2 hours max. No upfront and milestone. Paid after I receive the files. So if you are not okay please do not bid. Thanks
