Call recording and text entry with storage facility(URGENT: Within 10 days after confirmation)

SERVER side and CLIENT side software. SERVER SIDE SOFTWARE: 1- Customer calls at the server side office. 2- Call gets recorded in the software. 3- Simultaneously, the person attending the call will type certain important details in the text field provided. 4- Once the call is completed, the audio file automatically gets attached with the text body. 5- The functionality must be similar to "COMPOSE" in Gmail. 6- After the entire recording and text entry process, the Client ID(Client side software) to which this data is to be sent and the subject of the data must be typed and the entire data must be sent to the client and at the same time a copy will be stored in the sent items in the database of the software. 7- Login must be provided for authentication. CLIENT SIDE SOFTWARE: 1- The data sent by the server side software must reflect in the INBOX of the client side software. 2- He will assign the job to a specific person(TEXT BOX to type name) and update the work status to "WORK IN PROGRESS". 3- This status must get reflected(updated) at the respective case at the server side software when the client side software sends the data to the server side software. 4- The data must also be stored at the client side sent items. Search options must be available to view previously sent or received files at both the ends.
