Create Owners Villa Rental Profile and Booking Website with Admin areas.

I own several "holiday rental" or "property buy/swap" property domain names that I would like to have made into fully functioning, useable and modern websites. All the websites need a have a different front-end with the latest modern HTML functionality and features along with great SEO, META, Social media functionality and Short-urls/SEO optimised redirects. The Admin area can be the same across the sites as this will be used by staff only to manage members, bookings, billing, accounting, blogging. The website theme will be purchased from: [login to view URL] so you will not need to create a website, just be able to modify an existing theme. The overall front end will be a "profile" website for properties that are either for rent, or for sale. The website will need to be created in a way that keeps this in mind for future changes to make the same code work for other similar websites. The sites will be: Caravan Rental website, Villa Rental website, Villa Swap website, Weekend Cottages website, Property for sale website and maybe a room-for-rent website. The first website will make money by operating as the middle man for properties being advertised and holiday makers looking to book a villa or property. A commission will be taken from all bookings made through the website. This percentage will be 10%, but this could change to a higher / lower amount later. The fees will be calculated on: cost per night X amount of days then a 10% of this. A villa owner will signup with the following process(es): • A user signs up to the website with their property to rent. • They complete the property details, property features forms (2-3 pages): EG: Descriptions for; Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Utility room, Living rooms, Gardens, Other rooms.. All description fields can be skipped if required and return to later once logged in to their account. • Property type select: Apartment, Barn, Bungalow, Cabin, Castle, Chalet, Condo, Cottage, Farmhouse, Guesthouse(B&B), Hotel, House, House boat, Caravan, Villa (Must be selected) • Google map property location (latitude/longitude position). (Must be selected) • Local attractions descriptions (eg golf, skiing, sports, beaches, airports, access). • Image uploads including thumbnail/full size images, and description text box. • Icons and descriptions to select property features like: Air conditioning, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gardens, drive way, sauna, private garden, beach views, television, DVD player, CD player etc… • Damage deposit amount can be set: £100, £200, £300, £400, £500 etc... This is returned to the person who books the villa after their stay. Once the user has signed up (as above), in their members area it shows: User admin area pricing and calendar: • Show the next 24 months. • On first load all dates are available to be rented. • User can set "Default rental price for entire 24 month, eg: £100 / night". • Different colours to show booked, available. • Mouse over shows prices for the night. • User can choose (with mouse) a start date and an end date on calendar, popup will show buttons: Available, Booked or can set rental price for this period. When Booked button pressed, user can enter details/email of person who booked the villa. User can set multiple booked/available or different price periods on their calendar. • On submit, date overlap checks needed to check for date conflicts etc… • Change-over day needs to show half/half (booked morning, available evening). User can have multiple properties for rent each with a different profile page / calendar / prices as above for each property they manage. User can change, add and edit details and calendar prices as required.
