Create simple page to add product database PHP / MySQL

I need a freelancer to create a simple configuration page to create products, it must contain a list of products that have can add, delete and edit. Each product contains a title, a great description, a short description, a category, sku, a currency, a price supplier, price, status (up or down), a quantity in stock, pictures that can have uploading it to add a meta title, meta description, meta keyword. It should also at the list to search for a product by typing in the search to work must be done locally on your side and we provide the code. thank you
