I specialize in securing servers through multiple areas. This takes 1-2 weeks, and given your low rating, would have to be covered at least 75% before the job would start. What I'd do in this case would be to secure the server itself, assuming this is Linux. If it's win, forget even thinking about hosting , just don't. If you don't have full admin access, you cant reliably expect secure servers
