CRELOADED OSCOMMERCE WEBSITE

Hello, I need a full OScommerce website created. I would prefer an existing oscommerce solution that can be modified, such as oscommerce or creloaded. We are selling heavy equipment parts. We have approximately 1100 parts on 61 exploded view diagrams. The interface needs to be setup where there is a treeview that can slide in or out on the left hand side, possible using a thumb tack to lock it in place, where the user can select make, model and location of the part they're looking for. Once the location is selected it will bring up the exploded view diagram where the user can view the part he needs to buy, thus turning the exploded view diagram into an interactive diagram. Below the diagram needs to be a grid that has each part#'s, description and price. When a user hover's over a part, it will be highlighted as well as the description in the grid below it. The user needs to have the ability also to increase or decrease the size of the diagram for greater visibility and also able to print the diagram. To add the part to their cart they need to be able to click on the part directly in the diagram or in the grid. I will be designing the site myself and you willl be provided the psd files to incorporate into the site. Also You will be provided the 61 diagrams will full details of each. This is the first of three steps in the project. If you do a excellent job on the first you can almost guarantee you will get the other two steps. At this point I am open to whatever technology works best with the exception of using Flash. I am interested in using ajax with php but am open to using asp.net as well, when you bid please tell me what technology you would be using and why it is the best solution in this case. I will expect daily status reports and the ability to view your work as this project progresses. I have attached an example of one of the parts diagrams, there are 60 more similiar in all.
