Create an online database to produce books to order

We have created a brochure style website but want to build the backend of the website so that people can enter our site and create books to print. It is a similar approach to the photobook software concept but is simpler and has a single target user. Please refer to the attached document that outlines the database in detail. We require quotes urgently with a projected timeline. Please indicate any percentage level of variability you require to be factored into the financial quotation. We would like to have the site built before July 2010 so will be making an urgent decision. Please ensure you tell us of previous work so that we can view your quality standard.
