transfer oscommerce shop 2.2 ms2 in the same server

I have a running shop using oscommerce 2.2 ms2 that i would like to copy to another account in the same server. I can provide whm access & root access to the server. You will have to completely transfer and configure the shop in a new domain while keeping the old shop running and active. the new shop should be running exactly as the actual one that i ll give you. By complete transfer i mean website,database,configuration & all. I need this transfer & configuration to be done in 24h, please only bid if you are experienced in oscommerce configurations & transfer
