BlingBling RateMyPicture

Hello everyone, My domain and website is [login to view URL] If your familiar with Bling you know what im after. You can use the source code of the current website or custom design your own, I want a rate my picture site with a BlingBling hiphop type theme to it. The idea is insted of rating normal pictures we are rating people wearing blingbling jewllery. I will also want a custom blingbling store theme for Oscommerce at a later date. Source code for current website provided, Website is themible but i would like to be able to blog on the first page to tell people of upcoming events and procducts. Also want copyright removal and a link to the oscommerce shop that we will sell the products on. Please enclose previous work you have done, And if you dont know what blingbling is please dont apply.
