BitTorrent Tracker Stats Software

The software is about BitTorrent p2p network. It should be able update torrent stats (seed and peer) info of all torrent files in database, and show all 'live' files on main and category pages. Additional www admin panel to manage these files (deleting,altering all fields,aproving or not files) example: [[login to view URL] ][1]Also upload panel for anonymous or registered users (where they can see if their files are aproved or not). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). And Script that updates files needs to be in perl (it will be runing every 20 minutes by cron). It should update all aproved files with seeds and peers info. It should get those numbers from all kinds of trackers (python,php,other) i can provide some examples. After updating all stats it should generate main page with last 24h uploads and also all category pages should be updated with all needed info (named link to torrent file,stats,uploader,category,time of upload,additional link,platform) Admin panel should be protected allowing only certain IPs to enter, there admin should be able to see all (above) info and be able to manage files and alter their info. Also user account managment should be made for ppl that upload regularly files where they can manage files and see their status. ## Platform The script in perl will be running on RedHat 9 Php also will be running on RH9
