Combine javascript survey with existing and functioning perl scripts

Our youth ministry website currently features a personality sorter - a series of scripts that write multiple choice questions to the screen, then sorts the responses according to personality type, and finally offers an opportunity to view the results. A previous coder adapted these scripts to allow us to have kids take the personality test, enter a predetermined ID number to which their results will be attached, write the results to a file - and then by way of a configuration script - either allow the kids to view the results online, retrievable by their ID number, or keep the records to be printed out in hard copy and distributed during one of our youth ministry events. We would like to add another survey (currently written in javascript), to our scripts already in place, the results of which would also be completed, tabulated, stored or made available for view, all at the same time. We would also like to be able to print from the resulting database all of the individual records with a pagefeed separating each kid's report. Currently, we have to select them one by one and print from our local computers. Attached you will find copies of all the scripts running the current personality sorter on our site. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform needs to run on our shared LINUX server with CIHOST, and to be able to be taken, administered and printed from all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer.
