AMember / PHP / Autoresponder

We are looking for someone experienced in AMember software which we have recently? purchased and installed 5 products ??" 3 of which are free , one that is reoccurring and one that is a one-time payment. We have a fairly strong knowledge of HTML but not of PHP. We are looking for a programmer who will work with us long-term as new website issues and market opportunities present themselves. Initially we would like to work together using gotowebinar where we can share our screen and be coached in the process. We want to learn and do as much of the work internally as we can with someone to coach us when and where we need help. Our website goal is to capture an e-mail with a free offer the first time they visit our site and put them into an autoresponder sequence.? We would like a cookie to be placed on their computer so that the e-mail capture dialogue box does not display if they have already provided it in the past or they have registered as a member. We also want to provide an option to register for either a free or premium membership with directories protected depending on their membership level. We are setting up a PayPal Business Account for payment via PayPal or vie Credit Cards and have already purchased the PayPal Plug-In from A-Member. We are willing to put funds in escrow and release at the rate of $50.00 per hour.
