Adding a section to my website: php/ajax/mysql

We need a section of our website for users to add link(s) to their favorite television show, and or movies. to be more specific please read: ## Deliverables Project must offer the following: Television/Movie pages must be SEO friendly, I prefer the name of the show to be the link, for example: [login to view URL] Only admin can add a new show/movie page. Visitors may add link(s) to only existing categories/shows which have already been added by admin. Please look at the above mentioned site. All aspects of how a link is added, and displayed is required. There must also be a report fuction next to each link where visitors may report a link. When a link is reported, there needs to be a section in admin where admins can be alerted. You are required to look fully at an example page of how details of each show is to be listed, as this is how we want it. [login to view URL] Each show will have categories, one category for the season which will then drop down into each single episode. View the link above, click on a season number, then you will see the episode title of each episode, click it.. then the links are displayed. It must be done exactly like this. The admin section must have: 1. a place to add a tv show>add a category to each show (season number)>add another category for each episode, and also a spot for admins to add episodes easily from admin. If you view the actual links provided in this project, you should have a solid ideal of what we are looking for. If you are not 100% sure please do not bid.
