Basic PHP admin panel - design done, needs coding (builder)

We have an admin panel already designed. All pages are saved as PHP files and need some basic PHP coding. A MySQL database needs creating and data will be posted to it and displayed from it. I have attached a spec sheet with specific instructions for the coding of each page. Please have a read through. You will be given full ftp and cpanel access. Feel free to ask any questions.
