Basic Website Programmed

I am a graphic designer and I need to partner with a programmer for a website project. I am designing an 8 page website. I will deliver the files to the programmer in .psd and I need the programmer to program the website and have it compatible with dreamweaver. The programming needs to be done in xHTML, CSS, and possible minor flash component. I need to give all of the files to my client. Project needs to be completed within one week of me delivering the .psd files to you. If possible I would like to create a template from one of the pages that my client could use to add a basic additional page to his website. Bidders without price will not be considered. Can you also please tell me what the deliverables would be: i.e. quantity of graphics, types of files, etc. Thanks.
