Batch Text File Processing - Sends Emails

Hello, I am looking for a script that I can run that will process comma delimated text files of data, and generate emails. For instance, a row in a text file would be: firstname,lastname,emailaddress@[login to view URL],[login to view URL],info,info2,info3 I would like to be able to process these files. On process an email will be generated and sent an address with: the records name/from as the From/Reply To of the message a specific header (could be a text field in the file processing interface) The body will? contain the record details; 1 bit of information per line. Ie: First Name: firstname Last Name: lastname Email Address: emailaddress@[login to view URL] IP Address: [login to view URL] Misc 1: misc (etc, etc). ... This script will take these records, and send 1 per x second intervals (prefer this to be an easily changed variable, either in GUI or in config files). Please post what language you would recommend using to execute this. I would like to add a new requirement. In addition to the ability to send a message every X seconds. I would like the option to either send a message every range of seconds (for instance, 2-60), or be able to put a sequence in that it would rotate through. Ie 2,5,1,14,8,34,21,2,4,10,1,2,49,12,8,9,2,3,1,8,18 Would this be an option? If so, how would this be implemented, and what would the additional cost be to add this feature? Thank you all!
