BlackBerry Java Expert Needed

I have an existing MIDlet that works fine on BlackBerry from some carriers and? won't even install on? others. I need an expert who has previous BlackBerry experience, who can quickly debug the application or installer or whatever is causing this, and create an install procedure that will work for at least the majority of US carriers. It would be best if you have access to actual devices to test on. If you are a Java expert but do not have BlackBerry experience, please do not bid for this project. Thanks.
