Clips4Sale NicheClips Clone

I am looking for a programmer who can make me a similar product to clips4sale and nicheclips I'd like customers to be able to search, choose and buy selected videos of their choice. I'd like models to be able to upload, describe and set price points for their videos. I'd like the funds to be shared between us and the models. I am open to design, but need the same functionality as the sites listed above. Thank you in advance for your time.
