Custom PHP Scripts

Hello, I need custom simple websites/scripts. The custom is: 1. Add [login to view URL] in the main page and members cpanel 2. Add in cpanel administration: - create subdomain pages (from cpanel administration not from cpanel hosting) and keywords column to put/add/change keywords metasearch. Example: [login to view URL] - put/add classified site in subdomain the websites, control from cpanel admin 3. Change template and favicon 4. If possible change script to CMS/Joomla (CMS System)- (optional). I need affordable price.
