Custom Search For Toolbar

I need someone to combine this feed with free google results using a google api and display results with the sponsored ads on top and free google listing below. The results should have the look and feel of google. The vistor must be able to go to the next page and back just like google. the search will be entered in a "toolbar search box" the software I am using is [login to view URL] this software is free and you must be familiar with the software this to do the project.
