Customize SendCard Application (Deliver final files in zip)

We need a customized version of Sendcard ([login to view URL]) which looks like our client's primary website. It will mostly be applying custom css and some changes to the card options and copy. Unfortunately this project is now under a very tight timeline as the original team member working on this project was in an accident. ## Deliverables A copy of the mysql database will be required with the zip - exported as a CSV will be just fine.
