Design of Web Site for consulting company

We need to design a comprehensive web site for our company which specializes in ERP implementations, upgrades and customizations etc. 1) We need usual features of any consulting web site 2) Also with user login (role based control), so that employees can log in and upload, edit and share documentaiton, submit their project status, PTOs etc 3) Login for customers and/or bloggers who submit their comments. Questionnaire and performance survey forms will be part of this We currently use yahoo small business (with yahoo builder) but are willing to switch. However we are a small company and hence will utilize databases like mySQL and tomcat and freeware as much as possible. We are looking for some one or firm who have done atleast 2-3 projects on similr lines so that is quicker for them and cheaper for us.
