Developping/adding c# modules to website

Warning: For this project the deadline is key. This project is to be promoted during a seminar that will take place March 5th and the 1st two steps of the project has to be finished and validated on Feb 22nd.. This is the completion of another bid : Website + CMS for creating miniwebsites Bid Request Id: 860388 that has been given to another bidder. But we need to save time and have modules developped for this ASAP. So we need for this project : I. Creation of CMS + frontpages for the following pages of the website: 1. Homepage 2. FAQ page 3. Lexicon page 4. Internal pages (About us, Legal Notice) 5. Articles pages (post, read...) 6. Practical datasheets managements (select/add practical datahssets to be added into the system) 7. Contact us Form (that will take into acount the users session) 8. Search engine of the website 9. "Subscribe to newsletter" and "invite a friend" options. II. Internal e-mail module: A module to enable users of the website to communicate. III. Add a diary module into the website: In this module some users (role=doctors) will add their events in different time frames of the calendar. They use it as a real diary (ex: 10:00 to 11:15 - appointment to hairdresser, 11:15 to 12:00 - GOLF etc...) but the other users of the website will se on his diary only status (available, busy) So any user (everybody) see available timeframes. Users authentified as role "client" can request an appointment. Then the doctor receives the request. When the appointment is validated by the diary's owner, the status of the timeframe switches to busy. The client can view in a page all the pending appointments he has taken.
