Data Import Into Joomla/OSE Membership or Script Repair

Hello I am after either a repair of an existing script of other options to complete the same task. I work for a small charity and I am upgrading the membership system from a giant Excel spreadsheet to a Joomla Plugin - OSE Membership. A friend wrote a script in to auto create users and transfer details in Python that is not working properly. The script is designed to convert a CSV sheet into Joomla and OSE Membership. The objective is to just have the ability to get the data into Joomla and OSE Membership. (Joomla User Fields and OSE Membership/Billing Fields) You can also offer a better solution than the script provided. I took a look, there is still one table that you need to insert the data into, that is the jos_osemsc_member, before inserting data into this table, please create 1 membership plan first, then you will know the membership plan ID, which you can find from the jos_osemsc_acl table. Once you know the id of the membership plan, please insert the data into jos_osemsc_member table. You can ignore the params field in this table.
