custom screen scrap

I need a custom screen scrap interactive script written. This is what it will do: it will login to a specific site with a username/password via http post (not 100% sure its http post) It will then navigate to a page where there is a list of 10 records with check boxes. There is no "select all" so the script is going to need to select all the checkboxes, go to the next page and select the check boxes again. There can be up to 10,000 pages. After you have select the amount you then navigate to a download link within the page on top, and it will prompt you to download all the records you have choosen. This would be ideal if it could run from a linux shell in whatever lanuage. I will like it to be php, but whatever works. I will also look into a grease monkey type of javascript client side script to do this. Please let me know
